The Windsor PTA will need to hold a special meeting to vote and elect our officers the 2018/19 School Year.  You are receiving this email because you are a 2017/18 PTA Member.  We highly encourage you to attend this meeting so that you can help in filling our vacant officer positions.

As slated by the 2018 Windsor PTA Nominating Committee on 3/7/18:

Article VI, Sect. 4 (b) of our bylaws state that the nominating committee shall select 1 nominee for each office. Based on the slate delivered by the nominating committee, nominees were not determined for 2 officer positions. Therefore a special voting meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 7PM – 7:30PM. PTA Members are allowed to make additional nominations from the floor provided the consent of the nominee has been obtained. The person making the nomination should be prepared to share the nominee’s credentials. If there are nominated members for President and/or President Elect, a ballot vote will take place at the meeting. All Windsor PTA members are invited to attend this meeting and vote. Single memberships allow for one vote and family memberships allow for 2 votes. If you are unsure about your membership you can reply to this email and we can let you know if you have a single or family membership.  You must be present to vote.
