Windsor PTA and Inspyr Studios have partnered to offer a one-hour crossover class to help raise funds for student programming and begin our new year on a healthy note!

CLASS TIME*: 12:30 -1:30 pm (please arrive 15 min early)

(*25-min strength training, 5-min transition to 25-min cardio “Ryde” class, ending w/ 5-min stretching)

COST: $20 (50% goes to Windsor PTA!!)

LOCATION: Inspry Studios, 2924 W Euclid Ave, Arlington Hts, IL
