What is Junior Great Books?

Junior Great Books (JGB) is an extracurricular, reading enrichment program open to 1st-5th grade students at Windsor. Children meet in informal groups with parent leaders to read and discuss selected stories. This is a great fit for kids who LOVE to read. It is NOT extra reading instruction. Stories are read at home ahead of time for the purpose of discussion and activity (craft, writing, reflection, etc.) during the meeting once a week.
