This year, the Windsor Cares PTA Committee has expanded our Halloween costume drive to continue helping each other while also helping the environment by reducing waste! We have collected costumes families no longer need and now are offering all Windsor Elementary students the opportunity to find something new-to-you for this Halloween! Check out the items here, add to cart and sign out at no charge. Your selected costume will be assigned to you and available for pick up in the school office October 24-25.
